Job Title: Senior Solution Engineer / Solutions Architect

Location: Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA

We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to be on the front lines, working closely with customers and prospects, guiding them on how to build robust DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps processes. You will work with sales, product, customer success & engineering teams to help customers understand the value of the solution from both a technical and business perspective.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Engineer you will:

• Partner with enterprise customers to elevate their DevSecOps strategies and ensure they fully leverage the platform to enhance their software delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success and engineering teams to drive successful technical wins for sales opportunities and help customers realize the true value of the solution through successful adoption.
• Engage stakeholders and create champions by communicating the business value of DevSecOps solutions, demonstrating how the platform drives measurable business outcomes and empowering enterprise clients to make informed decisions for long-term success.
• Lead technical training sessions for the community and customers on DevSecOps best practices and the powerful capabilities of the platform.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and connecting with industry leaders.
• Advocate for the needs of enterprise customers, playing an essential role in shaping the product roadmap.
• Continuously deepen your expertise in DevSecOps, MLOps, and the evolving technology landscape to bring cutting-edge insights to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you need:

• 5 7+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, with a proven track record supporting enterprise software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of FOSS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI servers, Git, JFrog Artifactory, SCA, SAST, IaC, MCP and other essential DevSecOps technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux or cloud infrastructure, critical for scaling solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience in leading and driving successful POC/POV engagements.
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape within Application Security and SDLC.
• Strong customer orientation with a proactive, can-do attitude and a drive to deliver impactful results.
• Experience with software architecture design and large-scale product development is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer presence.
• Challenger mindset to discover improved solutions for customers.
• Experience with value models / value assessment is a plus.
