Role: Systems Operations Engineer 4 - VMWare
Location: Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / Iselin, NJ | (Hybrid)
Job Type: W2

We are looking for an experienced Systems Operations Engineer to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires strong expertise in virtualization, server hardware, storage, and system operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain virtual hosting infrastructure
Manage VMware environment (vRealize, vRA, vROPs)
Support Dell PowerFlex and Dell/HP server hardware
Troubleshoot physical servers in remote datacenters
Support Nutanix AHV/AOS platforms
Manage Windows, Linux, VDI, SAN, NAS environments
Lead incident resolution, break-fix, and root cause analysis
Work with vendors, engineering, and business teams for issue resolution
Improve system efficiency and reduce manual operational efforts

Required Skills:
4+ years in Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Support
3–5 years of VMware experience
Strong experience with Dell / HP server hardware
Hands-on with PowerFlex and Nutanix
Good understanding of storage technologies
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
VMware Certified Professional (Preferred)
