Role: Full Stack Developer (React & Python)
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite - 4days/week)
Duration: 10 months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Developer with strong full-stack capabilities, focused on front-end development using React and back-end development using Python. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern web applications, designing REST APIs, and working with relational databases. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to the company's software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications following the SDLC.
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern UI frameworks.
Develop and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Python.
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Review functional and technical design documents and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain technical, system, and operational documentation.
Troubleshoot application, API, and database issues in non-production and production environments.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Front-End Development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with React.js (Vue.js or Angular acceptable)
Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI
Strong Back-End Development experience using Python (FastAPI or Flask)
Experience designing and building REST APIs (request/response handling, validation, error handling)
Strong understanding of database design and SQL
Hands-on experience with SQLite and PostgreSQL
Experience with Git/GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills

Good understanding of UI/UX principles and clean screen design
Experience with API integration and debugging using tools like Postman
Comfortable working in Linux/macOS environments (terminal, basic commands)
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, ports, HTTP/HTTPS)
Understanding of performance optimization for UI and APIs
Experience with authentication and authorization
Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Android/iOS device automation experience is a plus
