Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architecture.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development, with architecture and technical leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, and API integration patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
  • Experience with design patterns, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of application security, scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement enterprise application architecture and technical standards.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java-based solutions.
  • Lead technical design discussions and guide development teams.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements.
  • Lead integration with internal and external systems using APIs and messaging platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural governance throughout the SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS, and event sourcing.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are a plus.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex technical requirements.
