Oracle EPM Cloud Technical Lead / Planning SME

Location: Quincy MA (Hybrid)

Job Type: C2C

Role Summary: Seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Technical SME with strong hands-on expertise in Planning/EPBCS, Essbase, FCCS, and metadata management. This role supports enterprise-scale Finance planning and reporting systems.

Must-Have Experience

10+ years Oracle EPM experience
Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud
Hands-on experience with one or more:
EPBCS / Planning
Essbase
FCCS
HFM
EDMCS / DRM / DRG
Designing planning processes (not just building rules)
Planning cycle design & business process alignment
Calc scripts & business rules development
Performance tuning & optimization of rules
Data loads / Data Management
Dimension builds & metadata management

Automation scripting:

PowerShell
Batch
(Python is a plus)
GL integrations & reconciliation controls
Working directly with Finance / FP&A teams
Production support + enhancements
