Project/Program Manager to join a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO.
Term: Contract through 2026, potential to extend and convert to FTE in the future
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week
Pay range: $65-75/hr
Are you a seasoned Program or Project Manager who excels in complex, multiteam environments and love bringing clarity to ambiguity? We're looking for a strong facilitator, relationship-builder, and strategic driver to support a major multi-phase web portal convergence initiative impacting millions of users.
This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role where you'll partner across Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment, drive execution, and keep a large program moving forward.
What You'll DoAs the Program Manager, you'll serve as the connective tissue across Product Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers. Your focus is on facilitation, orchestration, and delivery clarity - not technical solutioning.
You will:- Drive alignment across multiple product and delivery teams to meet roadmap milestones.
- Track features through the SDLC and ensure dependencies, risks, and timelines are clearly understood.
- Facilitate discussions to resolve blockers, clarify requirements, and bring differing viewpoints together.
- Maintain program-level artifacts: RAID logs, dependency trackers, roadmap alignment, Lucid/Confluence documentation.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, ensuring priorities are clear and action items are followed through.
- Summarize complex conversations into crisp updates for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Identify gaps, escalate appropriately, and ensure teams are talking at the right time.
- Keep the program on track by asking the right questions, surfacing risks early, and driving structure in ambiguous situations.
- This role is not responsible for technical decision-making - instead, you guide the right people into the right conversations to reach the right outcomes.
What You BringWe're looking for someone who thrives in enterprise-scale, politically nuanced environments and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence.
Experience- 5-10+ years in Program or Project Management for software development initiatives.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-lane project/programs
- Strong understanding of SDLC and product development lifecycles.
- Experience navigating cross-departmental dynamics and high-visibility programs
- Bigger picture thinker AND very detail oriented
