Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer / Programmer Analyst

Job Summary:
The Oracle APEX Developer / Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using Oracle APEX. This role involves working with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop database-driven solutions, and support enterprise applications built on Oracle technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, and database objects in Oracle databases.

Build interactive reports, dashboards, and forms using APEX components.

Integrate Oracle APEX applications with external systems and APIs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues.

Perform application testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Maintain documentation for applications, processes, and system configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Oracle development.

Strong experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Experience with Oracle Database design and development.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with version control and software development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).

Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, or other Oracle development tools.

Experience integrating APEX with enterprise systems and web services.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
