Summary
Job Title: MS Dynamics Lead Consultant
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Remote)
Type: Contract
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the Project Operations module using Agile methodologies, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Update and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for system use and troubleshooting.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting and lead incident resolution related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Support the release process for platform and product enhancements, ensuring smooth rollouts to internal clients.
- Gather requirements, develop customer stories, and document processes, ensuring clear communication between technical and business teams.
- Participate in the entire change management lifecycle, from requirement gathering to support post-implementation.
- Ensure system security is in line with Information Security standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and features in MS Dynamics and related technologies, seeking ways to improve business outcomes through innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- As a MS Dynamics Operations Developer you will collaborate with functional leaders to assess and define the organization's Dynamics 365 needs, focusing on solution design and deployment.
- Well versed with Support roles, like customer support, technical support, or support staff, involve assisting users or customers with their issues, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive experience.
- 3 years' experience supporting Triage Tickets
- Good knowledge of keeping Runbooks updated
- 5 years' experience with MS Dynamics Experience
- 5 years' experience with Service Now
- 3 years Admin experience and 3 years' configuration experience
- 5 years' experience on SQL Server Integration Services
- 5 years' experience with Azure Data pipelines, Azure Data factory and Azure Lakes
- Minimum 2 years Health insurance experience
