Pay Range:$80-$85/hour + Benefits
What\'s the Job?
\t- Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. \t
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project milestones. \t
- Support and facilitate internal meetings, develop reports, and maintain documentation to communicate project status effectively. \t
- Manage program plans, budgets, and risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of issues. \t
- Assist in operational activities such as issue tracking, quarterly planning, and performance measurement development.
What\'s Needed?
\t- BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience. \t
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or engineering program management. \t
- At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in hardware product development. \t
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, including managing international suppliers. \t
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments, communicate clearly, and influence without formal authority.
