Job Description

Manhattan WMS Technical Lead / Consultant – SQL | Warehouse Management | L2 Production Support

Location: Memphis, TN 38128 – 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Technical Lead / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS and SQL to provide L2 production support in a warehouse management environment.

Required Skills

8–10+ years of IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS
Strong SQL experience
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management / Warehouse Operations
Experience providing L2 production support
Incident and service request resolution
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Manhattan WMS technical issues
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently
Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Manhattan WMS and resolve incidents/service requests.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive issues through resolution.
Work closely with warehouse operators, business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze and resolve Manhattan WMS and SQL-related issues.
Support warehouse management operations and related processes.
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for incident resolution and ongoing support.
Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
