- Demonstrated expertise in Rust
- Experience using TypeScript with React
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Zero-to-One experience
- Ability to go onsite in Rosslyn, VA five days a week
- Experience at multiple successful tech startups
- Experience in Cryptography and Security
- Experience with AI / LLM technology
- Experience building software for embedded systems, operational technology (OT), or manufacturing system
