Now Hiring Bagging Machine Technician
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - Finish (approximately 4:30-5:00 PM)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the produce or manufacturing industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and measuring tools
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (testing voltage, identifying short circuits, stripping cables)
- Tapping and threading experience preferred
- Basic inventory tracking and reporting experience
- Air compressor or mechanical maintenance experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, and humid environments
Job Duties:
- Program bagging machines to meet customer product specifications
- Set up film, netting, and label configurations for production runs
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on bagging equipment
- Complete basic mechanical and electrical repairs, including parts replacement and machine calibrations
- Pre-stage machines and load new customer information into production systems
- Support customer transitions by updating machine settings and product configurations
- Manage product changeovers and ensure smooth production flow
- Verify customer orders, product quantities, and finished goods quality
- Collaborate with Quality Control to complete inspections and maintain production standards
- Track inventory, maintain production records, and support warehouse operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
