We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join one of our dynamic financial services teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and production-grade systems. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying scalable ML-driven solutions that support trading and portfolio management use cases.

What will your day look like?
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:
Design, build, and maintain machine learning models from prototype through production
Develop scalable infrastructure and tools for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models
Perform feature engineering, data analysis, and data preparation for ML workflows
Build and maintain APIs, calculation engines, and real-time and batch processing modules
Support trading and portfolio management applications with high-performance ML solutions
Integrate systems with market data providers such as Bloomberg and TradeWeb
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of ML systems in production environments
You will be a good fit for the Machine Learning Engineer role if you have:
10 12 years of experience in asset management or financial services
Strong programming experience in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and FastAPI or Flask
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Strong expertise in data handling, analysis, and feature engineering
Experience turning ML prototypes into production-ready solutions
Strong database knowledge with the ability to write and understand complex SQL queries
Experience with GraphQL and API development
Hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, Redis, S3, and PostgreSQL
Experience building real-time applications for Fixed Income (Structured, Rates, Corporate, or Municipal) trading desks
Experience working with ETL pipelines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with JupyterLab
Knowledge of Apache Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong learning mindset with interest in POCs and emerging data science technologies
Experience supporting Equity or Fixed Income trading use cases
