We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a major Salesforce transformation at a leading health plan.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, healthcare payer integrations, and secure data architecture in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
✅ 15+ years of overall IT experience
✅ 8+ years designing complex Salesforce solutions as a Technical/Solution Architect
✅ Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
✅ Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
✅ Integration experience with Facets, Snowflake, APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-driven architectures
✅ Strong understanding of healthcare payer processes: enrollment, claims, eligibility, billing, provider data, and appeals/grievances
✅ Expertise in HIPAA, PHI protection, Salesforce Shield, data security, sharing rules, and field-level security
✅ Experience with Salesforce multi-org strategy, data modeling, architecture governance, and large data volumes
✅ Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, Repos, and Pipelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) or health insurance payer experience
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA pathway certifications
• MuleSoft and Microsoft Azure integration services
• Azure API Management and Entra ID SSO
• Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce exposure
• Experience defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and mentoring development teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn end-to-end Salesforce architecture, technical direction, and roadmap.Design secure integrations between Salesforce, Facets, and Snowflake.Establish architecture standards, design reviews, and development best practices.Drive scalability, performance, security, resilience, and release management.Collaborate with enterprise architecture, product, engineering, QA, data, security, and vendor teams.
