We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to support a financial client working on a core application built in Delphi. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end development to enhance and maintain the system. The candidate will help modernize the existing application UI while ensuring stable backend functionality. Strong experience with Delphi and legacy system support is required. The developer will collaborate with engineering teams to resolve system issues and improve performance. Experience working on enterprise or financial applications is a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging, development, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and support EST hours is preferred.
