PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Training Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in Dahlgren, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Functional Description:

The PSI Pax Program Analyst positions provide analysis and management support to organizations to coordinate and complete all projects from requirements through delivery. PSI Pax Analysts interface with government clients to perform full life cycle project management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.

Essential Job Function:
  • Administer, track, analyze, report, and record training program participation.

Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
  • Three (3) years of experience in administering, tracking, analyzing, reporting, and recording training program participation including registrations, completions, and evaluations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Government systems used in training administration such as Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and Navy ERP.
  • Knowledge of Navy mandatory training and ability to communicate mandatory training requirements to Government and Contractor personnel.
  • Experience in word processing applications, Microsoft Suite and automated database systems.
  • Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
