Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe QA with AI professional to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mainframe Testing along with exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies for test automation, test optimization, and quality engineering. The candidate should be proficient in validating enterprise-scale applications, designing test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Mainframe applications.
- Validate Mainframe transactions, batch jobs, database updates, and interfaces.
- Leverage AI/Generative AI tools to improve test case generation, defect analysis, and test optimization.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Validate data integrity using SQL and Mainframe databases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Mainframe QA/Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
- Experience with AI/Generative AI tools in Quality Engineering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Selenium, UFT, or other automation tools.
- Knowledge of API testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Python and AI-powered testing frameworks.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
