Description of responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision for Team Leaders Technicians and Inspectors
Define team strategy and achieve performance commitments
Drive engagement and accountability within the team
Manage MNC area responsibilities
Lead change management activities through product and process verification
Develop key measures analyze data and define action plans
Apply statistical tools to support data driven decisions
Create and analyze performance graphics
Perform root cause analysis and document lessons learned to improve Quality KPIs
Ensure robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Participate in internal and external audits
Apply lessons learned from 1st shift improvements
Ensure continuity of quality initiatives on 2nd shift through effective communication
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Quality System knowledge - required
Core tools knowledge -required
Yellow Belt knowledge - desired
Welding knowledge - desired
Education:
College university or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific field preferred or equivalent experience
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing or quality experience required
