$55-$60/hr CAD

About the Role

We are seeking a Consultant, Facilities Operations to support high-profile office modernization and renovation initiatives. Reporting to high level leadership within Real Estate Delivery, you will help drive project execution, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure successful delivery of multiple workplace and infrastructure projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving tangible business outcomes in real estate, construction, facilities, or workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support office modernization and renovation projects
Coordinate project teams, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables
Participate in vendor and project coordination meetings
Monitor construction and renovation activities
Create project reporting and status updates for leadership
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks
Ensure project milestones and action items are completed on schedule

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, facilities, construction, or real estate
Strong project coordination and delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Project Online
  • PowerPoint
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams

Experience supporting project governance, reporting, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Financial services industry experience
Facilities management experience
Construction or workplace renovation experience
PMP certification
Bilingual French/English
