NetSuite ERP Consultant - W2 only

Job Description:

·         End-to-End Implementation Management: Drive the full lifecycle of NetSuite ERP deployments following standard methodologies: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare.

·         Functional & Technical Alignment: Gather business requirements from executive stakeholders and translate them into actionable functional designs and technical specifications. Configure and oversee core NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain)

·         Integration & Cutover Orchestration: Manage complex data migration tracks (mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation) and supervise API-driven system integrations. Author detailed cutover schedules and handle production readiness tracking.

·         Project Governance & Financial Control: Own project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Maintain high-fidelity documentation, including comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and executive dashboards.

·         Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, validating data accuracy against corporate governance and audit requirements.

·         Change Management & Adoption: Lead organizational readiness by establishing user training tracks and communication plans to optimize workflow adoption. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives).
