Ready to help build an AI platform from the ground up? This is a true greenfield opportunity to design and deliver production-grade, LLM-powered systems that power real operational workflows. No legacy cleanup. No endless POCs. You will take ideas from concept to live production.
This is a brand new, innovation-focused team. You will architect and deploy scalable AI pipelines, shape best practices, and help move solutions from MVP to real-world pilots and beyond.
What You ll Do
Design and build LLM-driven workflows for extraction, summarization, classification, reasoning, and automation
Develop prompting strategies, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and validation logic
Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
Fine-tune or adapt models and integrate third-party or hosted LLMs
Create and maintain production inference services and AI-facing APIs
Implement preprocessing for structured, unstructured, and OCR-derived data
Integrate classical ML or computer vision where it enhances LLM workflows
Deploy models with Docker and integrate into backend systems
Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization
Optimize latency, throughput, and cloud spend
Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable AI services in production
What You Bring
3+ years in AI or ML engineering
Experience building applications end-to-end in greenfield environments
Strong background with LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning
Python development experience and modern AI frameworks (prefer PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain)
Experience deploying and optimizing inference services in production
Familiarity with model serving tools such as managed endpoints, vLLM, Ray Serve, or related solutions
Solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing and CI/CD
Experience designing evaluation and monitoring for LLM systems
Cloud experience
Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving team
