Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the BPM Intelligence Platform team within Corporate Services Technology (Finance Technology).

The BPM Intelligence Platform focuses on increasing productivity, broadening access to trusted insights, and accelerating data-driven decision-making across Finance. The team combines trusted data, business context, and AI-powered analytics to create a scalable intelligence platform that enables associates to access insights faster, answer complex business questions, and support better-informed decision-making.

The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting modern applications and business process solutions that automate, digitize, and modernize end-to-end workflows.

The role requires a 50/50 Full Stack development skill set across the technologies listed above.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting critical business processes and operational workflows.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards and best practices.

• Develop and support RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations that enable automation solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, architects, SMEs, and user experience teams to deliver scalable and reliable applications.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Support application modernization initiatives and migration of legacy processes to modern platforms.

• Participate in code reviews, team ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.

• Learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and engineering practices to improve solution delivery.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building high-quality software solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience and be comfortable working across the full stack with Python, Java, TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and SQL.
