SAP Concur Expense Consultant

Introduction:

The SAP Concur Expense Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and integration of Concur Travel & Expense systems. They will ensure seamless data flow, security control, and compliance with regulatory standards. The consultant will also provide support for configuration, testing, and reporting related to Concur Expense.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Concur Travel & Expense system with a focus on configuration, travel booking, expense reporting, and integration with other systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow and strong security controls between Concur Expense and other applications.
• Understand and implement Federal Travel Regulations and compliance standards applicable to specific agencies.
• Lead design workshops and gather requirements for Concur Travel and Expense system.
• Support Concur Travel and Expense configuration, system testing, and integration testing.
• Provide expertise in credit card clearing processes and implementation.
• Resolve conflicts and issues related to Concur Expense implementation.
• Perform auditing and fraud detection related to Concur Expense transactions.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation (7+ years)
• Knowledge of Concur configuration including travel booking, expense, and reporting
• Integration experience between Concur Expense and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
• Experience in integration with other travel and expense related apps (e.g., TripIt, ExpenseIT)
• Knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and industry compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certified in Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration
• Ability to lead design workshop sessions and requirements gathering
• Experience in credit card clearing processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system
• Experience with GSA Travel reporting Tool
