Internship Overview:

Nasdaq's Internship Program provides outstanding opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience during a 10-week internship. Additionally, you will meet with senior leaders and participate in professional development activities throughout your internship.

Index Governance Intern

At Nasdaq, you'll have the chance to start your career in an environment where learning, teamwork, and innovation come first. In this role, you'll support the Index Governance team and gain hands-on experience with supporting index governance activities and compliance related processes.

You don't need to know everything on day one - we'll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career.

What You ' ll Do

Support the team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

Learn how to apply core processes and tools relevant to the role through hands-on experience.

Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions.

Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work.

Develop your technical and professional skills through training and mentorship.

What You'll Bring

Currently pursuing a degree in finance or business.

Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.

Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets.

Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
