SAP BRIM ABAP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP BRIM solutions using SAP ABAP.
• Work on custom developments, interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, and integrations within SAP BRIM environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, function modules, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support integration between SAP BRIM components and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BRIM and ABAP developments.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.
• Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.
• Participate in deployment, testing, and post-production support activities.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong and genuine hands-on SAP BRIM experience is mandatory.
• Experience developing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP development standards.
• Experience with ABAP objects, reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and debugging.
• Experience working with SAP integrations and complex enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple SAP BRIM components such as SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), Subscription Order Management (SOM), or Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
• Experience with BRIM integration and end-to-end billing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and modern ABAP development.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP implementation or support projects.

Work Location

USA Resources: Harrisburg, PA with approximately 25% travel. Travel expenses will be covered.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates should have strong SAP ABAP expertise plus proven, hands-on SAP BRIM experience. Candidates with only general SAP ABAP experience and no meaningful BRIM background will not be considered.
