Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to design, develop, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for state government agencies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath, automation workflows, API integrations, and AI-powered automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.
Build attended, unattended, and scheduled bots.
Analyze business requirements and develop scalable RPA workflows.
Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
Monitor bot performance and optimize automation processes.
Create technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
Develop AI-powered automation using UiPath AI Center, Autopilot, and Document Understanding.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and intelligent document processing into automation workflows.
Follow security, compliance, and government standards for automation solutions.

Required Skills

Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, StudioX, AI Center, and Document Understanding
Experience developing attended and unattended bots
Knowledge of REFramework and RPA best practices
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL databases
Hands-on experience with OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
Experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Agentic AI
Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
Familiarity with cloud technologies and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing enterprise-scale RPA solutions
Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance
Experience supporting digital transformation or government automation projects
