Summary

We are actively seeking a UX Professional (Architect/Designer) - Payments Experience to help design and architect intuitive payment experiences that directly impact millions of users. This is a high-ownership role for a designer who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants their work to directly shape how customers interact with financial products at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in Product Design or related fields
7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authority
Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models
Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation

Desired Skills & Experience

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience preferred
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping
ServiceNow Developer Certification highly desired

What You Will Be Doing

100% Hands On

Daily Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end UX experiences for payments products used by millions of customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, content and research teams
Write user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs
Influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and accelerate insight generation
Define and own the UX vision across the payments experience
