Job Description:

Finance Lead - Oracle ERP Support

Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance workstream for the Oracle ERP implementation across all / pending project phases, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and financial reporting.
  • Must of expertise in Costing, Inventory, WIP .
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess current-state processes (& policies), define future-state processes (& policies), and align Oracle capabilities with business and compliance requirements.
  • Where required, translate business requirements into functional design specifications and support configuration decisions in collaboration with implementation partners and technical teams.
  • Finance-related data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Support development and testing of integrations, reports, and related extensions needed for finance operations.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for finance processes and ensure defects are tracked, prioritized, and resolved.
  • Provide inputs to develop training materials, own end-user training (relevant Finance), and drive adoption of new finance processes and controls.
  • Manage finance project risks, dependencies, and decision points, escalating issues as needed to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Ensure the implemented solution supports internal controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and standardized financial processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or ERP implementation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS R12)
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, controls, and month-end close requirements.
  • Experience with business process design, solution development, testing, training, and change-management in a transformation environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting Degree / Certification
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Implementation / transformations
  • Knowledge of data conversion, reporting tools, and integration impacts across finance systems.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting (as needed), internal control and audit.
