Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality UI design across multiple active web and mobile projects, working within and contributing incremental enhancements to an established design system
• Partner with design leads to translate strategic direction into polished, production-ready components, screens, and prototypes.
• Build on existing component libraries — contributing new patterns that align with established conventions
• Create wireframes and prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to communicate design intent to developers and stakeholders
• Apply UX fundamentals (user flows, IA, usability) to inform UI decisions
• Manage concurrent workstreams, surface blockers early and maintain steady output
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently
• Support handoff and design QA, ensure developer alignment with final specs
Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated senior-level execution in production environments. Portfolio should show visual craft, as well as fluency with systems and component-level thinking.
• Expert-level Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and working within a mature design system
• Experience designing for both adaptive web and native mobile
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x)
• Self-directed and organized, able to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams
• Communicates clearly and proactively; responsive to feedback and shifting priorities
Portfolio Requirements:
• Portfolio work should demonstrate senior-level UI execution within a structured design environment. Specifically, we want to see:
Design system contribution
• Examples of extending or building upon an existing component library: new variants, pattern additions, or documentation.
High-fidelity UI screens
• Polished, production work across web and/or mobile. We''re evaluating visual craft, typographic and spacing decisions, and consistency across screens, not just wireframes or flows.
Prototypes
• At least one interactive prototype demonstrating transitions, states, or interaction logic relevant to the project context.
Iteration examples
• Work showing how you responded to feedback or constraints from a lead or stakeholder. We want evidence of collaborative execution, not just independent creative direction.
