Summary
Title: SharePoint, Teams & Digital Workplace Consultant
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Location: Troy, NY (Hybrid)
Note: Need local
15+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365 experience.
Design and implement Communication Sites, Team Sites, Hub Sites, Intranets, and document management solutions.
Architect SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups integration, permissions, security, and governance.
Develop information architecture, metadata, content organization, navigation, and lifecycle management strategies.
Gather requirements and lead discovery sessions/workshops with CIO, executives, and business stakeholders.
Build modern, user-friendly digital workplace/UX solutions to improve adoption and engagement.
Provide governance, security, permissions, and collaboration best-practice guidance.
Preferred: Power Platform, Viva Connections, Microsoft Lists, Copilot, SPFx, UX, and Change Management.
Experience in higher education, government, or complex enterprise environments is a plus.
