Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Architect (ACE Certified) to lead architecture, configuration, and integration efforts for enterprise PolicyCenter implementations. This role supports cloud/SaaS programs, technical solutioning, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture and configuration for Guidewire PolicyCenter, including product model, rating, rules, and workflows.
Define integration patterns and oversee REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and batch processes.
Provide technical leadership on coding standards, branching strategies, DevOps alignment, and cloud‑ready development.
Support Guidewire Cloud/SaaS implementations and migration initiatives.
Handle complex PolicyCenter issues, perform root cause analysis, and support L3 troubleshooting.
Oversee deployments, hotfixes, and post‑release validation activities.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and solution documentation; mentor development team members.

Required Qualifications

Guidewire ACE Certification – PolicyCenter (Required).
7–10+ years of hands‑on Guidewire experience with deep PolicyCenter expertise.
Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration, rating, rules, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud or SaaS migrations.
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain (Personal or Commercial Lines).
Proficient in GOSU, API development, batch processing, and messaging frameworks.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to ClaimCenter is a plus.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, or ELK.
Experience in automation, performance optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
