Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Integration Delivery
Drive execution across the application ecosystem supporting the S/4 program
Coordinate engagement with ecosystem application teams to ensure resources are aligned with program priorities
Partner with Product Line Owners, Global Application Owners, and Local Application teams to align on integration timelines and delivery plans
Facilitate cross-team ceremonies to ensure backlog alignment between program squads and ecosystem teams
Coordinate integration dependencies across internal delivery teams and ecosystem applications
Partner with the Test Lead, Cutover Manager, and Data Migration teams to ensure ecosystem applications are prepared for testing and program milestones
Track and resolve cross-application risks, issues, and dependencies
Program Coordination and Ecosystem Management
Provide forward-looking visibility into ecosystem readiness and integration dependencies
Anticipate risks and misalignments that could impact the S/4 program timeline
Drive cross-team alignment to resolve blockers across multiple organizations
Escalate risks through program governance channels when necessary
Improve coordination and ways of working across ecosystem teams
Reporting, Metrics, and Readiness Management
Maintain dashboards tracking ecosystem readiness, integration progress, and dependencies
Monitor key metrics including integration status, testing readiness, resourcing, and risk indicators
Prepare executive-level summaries for program leadership
Track ecosystem costs, resource plans, and delivery commitments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years of experience supporting large enterprise technology programs
5+ years working with SAP or ERP transformation initiatives
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple integrated systems
Understanding of SAP landscapes and enterprise integration patterns (APIs, middleware, interfaces)
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data)
Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
Familiarity with SOX and GxP compliance
Experience working with global teams
Experience using program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Previous experience managing large-scale system integrations
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
