Windows Administrator / Endpoint Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for remote troubleshooting and endpoint-related incidents.
• Provide daily break/fix support for Windows 11 and Windows 10 devices, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Manage and deploy Windows 11 OS images, updates, and configurations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Intune, OS, and hardware engineering teams.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks and enhance process efficiency.
• Work with Microsoft Graph API for system integration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk for expedite orders and provide order status updates.
• Participate in testing and validation of new system updates and process changes.
• Train and support analysts on standard procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting practices.
• Document technical processes, create SOPs, and ensure continuous process improvement.
• Manage SLA-driven service requests, ensuring high end-user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Windows 10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management policies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-volume technical environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across technical teams.
• Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and working under defined SLAs.
