Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale cloud-based data warehouse transformation for a public-sector organization.
  • This role is responsible for modernizing legacy systems, integrating siloed data, and delivering a secure, scalable analytics platform that enables faster, more reliable decision-making and improved public service outcomes.
  • The TPM will own end-to-end program delivery, aligning government stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors while managing governance, risk, and organizational change in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management
  • Proven leadership managing large, complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong experience working within government or public-sector environments
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience delivering modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems
  • Experience spanning both program management and project-level execution
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or comparable certification
  • Deep understanding of cloud data architectures and enterprise integrations
  • Strong vendor management and contract delivery experience
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on delivery oversight
  • Proven success leading transformational initiatives in regulated environments

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
