Summary

Position: Microsoft 365 Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $30/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations.
  • Identify trends in data labeling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations.
Requirements
  • Have specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex processes succinctly.
  • Have demonstrated experience in data labeling, prompt creation, or related evaluation workflows.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing digital artifacts and model outputs.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
