Position: Microsoft 365 Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $30/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements.
Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations.
Identify trends in data labeling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations.

Requirements

Have specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex processes succinctly.
Have demonstrated experience in data labeling, prompt creation, or related evaluation workflows.
Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing digital artifacts and model outputs.
Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
