Summary

Job Description:
7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for device management and service order processes, including meter and premise-related transactions, order lifecycle support, exception handling, and coordination with field and technical teams.
Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
