Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements related to investment products, portfolios, securities, transactions, and market data.
- Perform Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) by documenting how data elements flow from upstream source systems to downstream applications
- Validate data transformation rules, field mappings, and business logic to ensure accurate movement of investment data across systems.
- Conduct data reconciliation activities between source systems and target platforms to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support data migration, data integration, and system enhancement initiatives by validating data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, developers, and QA teams to validate functional and data-related requirements.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices based on business requirements.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, defect reporting, and validation of fixes.
- Analyze data using SQL and reporting tools to validate business requirements and support decision-making.
- Monitor data feeds and interfaces to ensure timely and accurate processing of investment-related data.
- Participate in production support activities, including investigation of data issues and reconciliation breaks.
