Salesforce Solutions Architect

You will lead end-to-end solution design across our products and adjacent systems to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable capabilities on the Salesforce platform. You will translate business outcomes into architecture, guide delivery teams, set standards and guardrails, and ensure designs integrate cleanly with enterprise systems (e.g., MuleSoft APIs, Kafka events) and data governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business and technology stakeholders
- Design scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Platform)
- Define end-to-end architecture, integration patterns, and data flows
- Lead solution design involving MuleSoft, Kafka, and enterprise systems
- Provide architectural governance, best practices, and design reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
- Support teams with targeted hands-on configuration, prototyping, and troubleshooting as needed
This is a 12-month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm).
Candidates must be local to the Atlanta area.
Must come into the office for important meetings (several days per month).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of overall experience in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including enterprise-scale implementations
- Multi-cloud Salesforce architecture (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) experience
- MuleSoft (API-led connectivity) and event-driven architecture experience using Kafka
- Salesforce certification(s) required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, etc.)
- Experience in advisory, architecture, or lead consultant roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PREFERRED:
- Tableau and/or Salesforce Analytics certifications
- Experience in complex, highly integrated environments
- Background in cloud-native and distributed system architectures
