We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and implementation. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement and support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Build and maintain Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Configure CMDB, Discovery, and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Perform platform upgrades and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Experience with ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, or Automation Engine
- ITIL Foundation Certification
