Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Fabric Platform Engineer / Architect to support and enhance an enterprise-wide Microsoft Fabric platform. The role will focus on platform administration, automation, monitoring, capacity management, security, networking, troubleshooting, and evaluation of new Fabric capabilities.
The candidate will work with a large-scale Fabric environment supporting multiple business domains, workspaces, capacities, and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Fabric tenant, capacities, workspaces, domains, and gateways.
- Monitor capacity utilization, performance, workloads, and platform health.
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, and Fabric REST APIs.
- Support Fabric OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Engineering, and Power BI workloads.
- Implement and troubleshoot private endpoints, managed endpoints, gateways, and networking.
- Build monitoring, observability, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Support CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot platform, capacity, connectivity, security, and performance issues.
- Evaluate and test new Microsoft Fabric features and capabilities.
- Work with Fabric Mirroring, SQL Warehouse, Data Agents, Copilot/AI capabilities, and other evolving Fabric features.
- Establish platform standards around security, governance, access, and operational support.

Important: This is a hands-on platform engineering and support role. Candidates should have experience managing and automating Microsoft Fabric at the tenant/platform level, not only developing Power BI reports or Fabric data pipelines
