Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer 2 with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. The selected candidate will design, develop, and support enterprise-level automation solutions and SharePoint Online environments to enhance organizational efficiency, governance, and productivity.

This role requires a combination of technical development, administration, end-user support, mentoring, and governance implementation.

All work products are considered “works made for hire.” Candidates must successfully pass a background check as required by Texas law.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes
• Convert existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including redesign, build, and testing
• Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate Flows
• Design, build, and test automated workflows to eliminate manual processes
• Incorporate approval routing, Outlook email notifications, and SharePoint list integration into workflows
• Ensure best practices for automation, governance, and security

SharePoint Online Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute a SharePoint Online intranet, including HUB site architecture
• Migrate content (PDFs, Microsoft Forms) from Drupal 10.6.2+ CMS to SharePoint Online
• Administer SharePoint Online environments (site collections, sites, libraries, lists)
• Configure and maintain workflows, permissions, and security settings
• Improve SharePoint governance and best practices implementation
• Manage enterprise-level M365 SharePoint environments

Additional Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve Power Platform/SharePoint issues
• Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Implement data integrity, governance, and regulatory security best practices
• Provide mentoring and training to junior developers and end users
• Deliver end-user training and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Provide technical guidance on solution design and troubleshooting

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing/supporting Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI)
• 5+ years experience using Power Automate Flows for process automation
• 5+ years senior-level SharePoint development and administration experience
• 5+ years managing enterprise Microsoft SharePoint M365 environments
• 5+ years administering SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, lists/libraries, workflows)
• 5+ years experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
• 5+ years experience gathering requirements and communicating with technical and non-technical users
• 4+ years experience supporting enterprise users and governance initiatives
• Strong knowledge of custom workflows, automation, and data integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Platform
• Experience with intranet modernization and CMS migrations
• Experience mentoring development teams
