Job Title: Hyperscience Support Engineer
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6-12+ months (potential for extension)
Hyperscience Support Engineer / Technical Analyst responsible for maintaining and supporting an OCR-based automation platform used for document intake and data processing within a large HHS eligibility environment. The role focuses on platform administration, incident management, system optimization, and continuous improvement of automated workflows supporting Medicaid and related programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end maintenance and operational support for the Hyperscience OCR platform, ensuring stability and performance of automated document processing workflows
- Lead incident management, triage, and resolution activities via JIRA, handling production issues based on defined severity levels
- Execute patching and upgrade activities, including lower environment testing, defect documentation, scheduling downtime, and production validation
- Implement configuration changes and enhancements through controlled change request processes in coordination with governance and change control boards.
