Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead / Records Specialist to lead electronic records recovery, analysis, reconstruction, and preservation for a U.S. Government agency (PCLOB). The candidate will oversee project deliverables, coordinate technical specialists, and ensure compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electronic records recovery and reconstruction activities for email and instant messages.
• Manage PST/OST recovery, repair, conversion, and data migration.
• Work with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Teams, Skype for Business, Microsoft Purview, and eDiscovery.
• Oversee data integrity, records analysis, and reconstruction for approximately 100 140 former users.
• Develop project schedules, status reports, and required deliverables.
• Ensure NARA compliance, quality control, and records preservation.
• Coordinate team activities, stakeholder meetings, and training recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in ESI management, email recovery, and records preservation.
• Knowledge of NARA records management standards.
• Experience with PST/OST recovery tools, Microsoft Purview, eDiscovery, and Microsoft 365 GCC/Exchange Online.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship required.
• High Risk Public Trust investigation required at the time of award.
• NDA signature required.
• Must work on-site at PCLOB Headquarters in Washington, DC.
• No travel required.
