Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Test Automation professional to oversee and manage end-to-end QA automation efforts. This role involves hands-on automation work, team management, and coordination between onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium with Java, Cucumber, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines, along with familiarity with Agile delivery models and bug management tools.
Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end QA automation efforts.
- Manage 2-3 offshore team members.
- Perform 40-50% hands-on automation work.
- Delegate tasks to offshore resources.
- Coordinate between onshore client team and offshore testers.
- Utilize Selenium with Java for automation testing.
- Implement and work with Cucumber (BDD framework).
- Conduct API testing, preferably using Postman.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
- Follow Agile delivery models.
- Utilize test lifecycle and bug management tools.
- Work with bug tracking tools such as Octane (previously QTest).
Qualifications: - Strong hands-on automation experience.
- Proficiency in Selenium with Java.
- Experience with Cucumber (BDD framework).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Pay Range: $62 - $65/hr (W2 only)
