Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and hands-on experience in HR applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, Azure services, and SQL Server along with strong understanding of HR business processes such as Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time & Attendance, Gratuity, and HR integrations including Workday integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise HR applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET technologies, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
· Work closely with HR business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
· Develop and maintain integrations between HR applications and external systems including Workday integrations.
· Build and support cloud-based solutions using Azure Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
· Participate in complete software development lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
· Manage and support both Development and Application Support projects in enterprise environments.
· Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.
