We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a permanent opportunity on 2nd or 3rd shift. If you enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, solving problems, and making a measurable impact, this is your chance to put your experience to work.
This position requires 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience and a strong electrical background. You'll help maintain safe, reliable operations while supporting equipment performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, machinery, and related systems to minimize downtime.
Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, wiring, and power distribution components.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
Use electrical test instruments and diagnostic tools to identify faults and verify repairs.
Support mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance as needed.
Partner with production and maintenance teams to identify recurring problems and implement lasting solutions.
Document repairs, inspections, parts used, and maintenance activities accurately.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures, electrical safety practices, and all applicable workplace safety requirements.
Maintain an organized work area and contribute ideas that improve safety, reliability, and production efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or comparable industrial environment.
Technical or Trade School degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience maintaining industrial machinery and working with electrical controls, motors, and associated components.
Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and industrial safety procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize urgent maintenance needs.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
Availability to work a permanent 2nd- or 3rd-shift schedule.
Ability to perform essential maintenance duties safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
