Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP), XDM schema design, data ingestion, identity management, and customer data activation. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Adobe consultants, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture, including XDM schemas, datasets, identities, namespaces, and dataflows.
• Architect and implement Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and audience segmentation strategies.
• Configure and optimize batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines.
• Integrate AEP with enterprise applications such as CRM, CDPs, DMPs, analytics platforms, and marketing systems.
• Design and implement identity stitching using Adobe Identity Service.
• Configure destinations and audience activation across marketing channels.
• Ensure data governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards are followed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer experience requirements into scalable AEP solutions.
• Optimize event-driven data collection, processing, and activation for real-time personalization.
• Develop API integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Provide architecture guidance, best practices, performance tuning, and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Adobe Experience Platform implementations.
• Work closely with data engineers, developers, solution architects, and Adobe consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience.
• Strong experience designing XDM schemas and Profile-enabled datasets.
• Hands-on experience with batch and streaming data ingestion.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP)
  • Adobe Identity Service
  • Adobe Edge Network
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP
  • Destination Publishing
• Experience integrating AEP with CRM, analytics platforms, marketing automation, and enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL skills for data transformation and validation.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data modeling, customer identity resolution, and data governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
