Position Description We are seeking an
Agile Project Manager (PM) that is accountable for end-to-end delivery, scope, schedule, quality, and team performance. This Agile PM will serve as the primary interface to government leadership while orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver against contractual commitments.
In this position, the Agile PM will be expected to identify risk early, enforce execution discipline, and ensure teams deliver measurable results sprint over sprint.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary interface with the Government Technical Representative.
- Own contract execution and technical delivery performance.
- Drive Agile execution across one or more Scrum teams (planning, sprint execution, delivery tracking).
- Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation.
- Ensure backlog alignment with mission priorities and contractual objectives.
- Maintain delivery artifacts, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting (status, KPIs, earned value).
- Lead stakeholder communication and decision-making forums.
- Improve delivery processes and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Coach and hold team members accountable for performance and outcomes.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Project Management experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing Agile delivery in federal environments.
- Proven experience managing software development projects.
- Active Public Trust clearance is preferred; ability to obtain and maintain a Public is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
