Sr. Staff Agentic AI Engineer

Nashville, TN (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver scalable Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI suite).
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, grounding data structures, and vector search systems
Lead development of Agentic AI capabilities enabling autonomous reasoning and task execution.
Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI strategies.
Mentor engineers and guide AI solution architecture, estimations, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG workflows, and grounding strategies.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, Gemini models, and vector search technologies.
Proficiency in building data/ML pipelines and integrating LLMs with real-time data sources.
Ability to implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-based architectures.
