Business Analyst

Introduction:

The Business Analyst with Utility Experience will play a vital role in our team by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, as well as assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
• Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and processes
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end users
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the utility industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of utility regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with business process modeling tools
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP)
• Understanding of project management principles
